Job description Project management of new packaging and development projects in the medical technology sector Costing and quotation preparation for new projects in consultation with the relevant specialist departments Customer support and consultancy throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial enquiry through to implementation Liaising with suppliers in connection with new projects, particularly regarding materials, components and services Technical and commercial assessment of the feasibility of new projects, taking into account costs, quality and timeframes Drawing up project plans, reports and documentation Representing the company at client meetings and in communication with external partners You will represent our company at national and international trade fairs Close cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality Management, Procurement and other internal departments Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards Continuous optimisation of project management processes Qualifications A degree in industrial engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with further training as a technician (m/f/d), Master Craftsman (m/f/d)  Several years’ professional experience in project management or technical sales, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology) Experience in costing and tender preparation, as well as in managing client projects Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP or other quality-related standards would be an advantage Confident use of project management tools and MS Office A structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work Strong communication and teamwork skills Very good written and spoken German and English Additional information We offer: A position of responsibility with scope for initiative Working in a dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies A motivated, interdisciplinary team A team-oriented and friendly corporate culture Varied and diverse projects Excellent development opportunities for your professional future The security and stability of an established company within the EurofinsGroup ‘Fruit Day’ as well as free coffee and tea Free parking Modern working environment across 5,000 m² of production and office space
