• You will independently provide technical and commercial advice to customers in a defined sales region, both over the telephone and in writing
• You will analyse requirements through discussion and derive suitable technical solutions from them
• In day-to-day operations, you will provide technical and commercial support to the field sales team
• You will draw up quotations in consultation with the relevant internal departments
• You will process specifications and project reports independently
• You will handle customer enquiries and oversee orders from enquiry through to completion
• You will carefully document business transactions and maintain the data in the system
• You will liaise regularly with the field service team and internal specialist departments regarding enquiries, projects and deadlines

• a completed apprenticeship as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d) or Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air Conditioning Technology (m/f/d)
• you have experience in building services engineering, ideally also with SAP
• ideally, you have a strong technical aptitude
• when dealing with customers, you impress with your strong communication skills and provide confident advice both over the phone and in writing
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently and take initiative
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner, for example when preparing quotations, specifications and documentation
• You demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team when collaborating with the field service and internal specialist departments
