• You will manage client projects and related enquiries independently
• You will be responsible for the technical clarification of ‘new parts’ in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments
• You will also draw up quotations and actively follow them up
• You will manage your own sales activities via CRM
• You will maintain close telephone and written correspondence with international clients
• Maintaining master data (customer accounts receivable) is also part of your remit
• You will work closely with the ‘Order Management’ team (order entry)

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience in internal sales
• your experience of working with the SAP ERP system will be an asset
• basic knowledge of using a CRM system is an advantage
• you have a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Your excellent written and spoken English and German will impress us; knowledge of French or another foreign language would be an advantage
• You have a good technical understanding
• A high level of commitment, the ability to work well in a team, a results-oriented and independent approach to work, as well as a confident manner and reliability are to your credit
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
