• You will be responsible for actively supporting and advising existing customers in the specialist plumbing retail sector, as well as related target groups
• You will also be responsible for targeted new customer acquisition and the sustainable development and expansion of long-term customer relationships within your sales territory
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional marketing of high-quality glass shower enclosures, modern glass splashbacks and elegant mirror cabinets through your regional partners
• Representing the established brand in your assigned sales territory is also part of your varied and responsible role
• As part of your role, you will support close cooperation with the existing commercial agency and the manufacturing company
• Finally, you will be responsible for the gradual preparation for the eventual takeover of an established commercial agency, including its existing customer base

• You have successfully completed further training as a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) or Retail Specialist (m/f/d), building on an apprenticeship as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have some relevant professional experience in a field sales role or in a comparable position involving customer contact in technical sales
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and modern CRM systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent written and spoken German at native speaker level to ensure confident communication with customers
• Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills, a willingness to travel and a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a view to eventually becoming self-employed
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
