• You will be responsible for dealing with customers on the phone
• You will also advise our customers by phone, email or online chat
• You’ll help customers choose the right replacement parts and accessories
• You’ll also photograph our products and prepare the images for online sales

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have also gained some initial experience in sales or customer service
• you are confident using a computer and
• you also love interacting with people
• you are a problem-solver and prioritise customer satisfaction
