• You will actively attract new customers and maintain the existing customer base locally in a long-term and sustainable manner
• From the initial contact right through to the successful conclusion of a sales contract, you will support prospective customers professionally and reliably
• You provide expert and comprehensive advice on vehicle models, their specifications and modern product features
• Through first-class service, you ensure that customer satisfaction continues to rise
• You will handle sales contracts and the associated administrative processes in a structured and timely manner
• You will support your colleagues in organising test drives and dealing with related customer enquiries

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an automotive sales assistant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or retail sales assistant (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ solid professional experience and knowledge of the automotive sector
• You have a strong command of standard IT systems and industry-specific dealer management software
• You communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in writing
• You possess a high level of customer focus and strong communication skills for sales work
• You work independently, are goal-oriented and highly motivated
• You offer a high degree of personal flexibility
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
