• You will be responsible for the systematic acquisition of new clients and high-profile projects in the turnkey building construction sector through targeted market research and professional company presentations
• You will also be responsible for continuously expanding your network and representing our client at key trade fairs and industry events
• Furthermore, you will nurture existing relationships with our partners based on trust and play a key role in ensuring long-term client satisfaction
• The strategic coordination of all sales activities in western, northern and southern Germany is also part of your exciting and varied role
• As part of your role, you will support the operational project teams in identifying opportunities and risks, as well as in carrying out supplementary cost calculations
• Furthermore, you will facilitate close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external planners and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly
• Finally, you will be responsible for the successful execution and project management for our discerning Japanese partners and their construction projects in Germany

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or architecture (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• you also have at least 5 years’ solid professional experience in sales and project management within the construction industry
• your strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ideally some initial experience with Allplan, are particular strengths of yours
• You have a command of German at at least C1 level, as well as business-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese at native speaker level
• Furthermore, you possess excellent negotiation skills, intercultural competence and a strong service-oriented approach
• Finally, you are an assertive, empathetic team player and stand out for your independent and structured approach to work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
