Sales Manager for Used Cars (m/f/d)

You will support and motivate your sales team both professionally and in terms of discipline, leading by example as a mentor (m/f/d). Through your own active sales efforts, you will inspire customers:and look after them according to their needs. You also strategically acquire new customers for used car sales. You manage the sales process from preparing quotations through to contract conclusion, creating bespoke leasingand finance offers. Through first-class service, you ensure customer satisfaction and continuously build on it. You plan and conduct test drives. You make vehicle handover experiences emotional and unforgettable. You also take charge of operational sales controlling and analyse sales metrics. Last but not least, weplay a key role in implementing sales strategies at our Düsseldorf site

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or hold a BA degree in a business-related subject or similar
• You also have solid professional experience in automotive sales, ideally with a strong passion for the BMW and MINI brands
• You have some management experience (e.g. as a team leader (m/f/d) or deputy sales manager (m/f/d))
• You are characterised by a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging manner
• You combine leading by example with an independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• You also possess a keen understanding of the motivations and needs of discerning customers, as well as a strong drive to perform
• Furthermore, you hold a valid Class B driving licence
