• You will be responsible for marketing our product portfolio
• You will carry out market and competition analyses independently
• You will reliably support existing business and acquire new customers at the same time
• You will identify and identify further potential in a targeted manner
• You will lead your team strategically, coach your team and manage operational processes
• Plan and implement sales activities, for example by creating presentations and reports and visiting trade fairs
• Conduct annual and implementation meetings independently
• You are also responsible for planning, monitoring and results

• You have a degree with a commercial background or commercial training. e.g. as a wholesale and retail salesperson (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in international sales
• You have already gained experience in successfully leading a team
• You are characterised by sales and negotiating skills; you also have strong communication skills, further foreign language skills are welcome
• Willingness to travel within Germany is a matter of course for you
