• You will provide support in the area of customer service for all activities
• including the preparation of quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
• you will also be responsible for placing orders with manufacturers and suppliers
• processing orders and coordinating deliveries will also form part of your remit
• You will be responsible for handling complaints and maintaining existing customer data in the system
• Cross-departmental collaboration and the exchange of information with all departments round off your role

• you have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• you have already gained experience in an office-based role and, ideally, have industry knowledge
• Ideally, you have experience in selling construction equipment or machinery, or you come from the building materials trade or the construction machinery sector
• your technical understanding is a strong point
• you are confident using standard MS Office programmes and have a basic knowledge of SAP
• you are characterised by a systematic, organised and customer-focused approach to your work
