• You will manage your sales area independently and maintain an overview of all ongoing activities at all times
• New customer acquisition: You actively approach potential new customers and ensure the development of long-term business relationships
• In existing customer support, you maintain and expand existing customer contacts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Planning and coordination of personnel deployment (scheduling) is carried out in accordance with customer requirements
• Everyday sales activities include carrying out market analyses, preparing quotations and negotiating contracts
• regular on-site appointments with customers are used to determine requirements, provide advice and maintain relationships

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in personnel services, is part of your portfolio
• A class B driving licence and a car are required for your field service
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in your daily dealings with customers
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
