• You will advise and support business customers in the natural stone sector, both in person and over the phone
• Within your sales territory, you will acquire new customers and maintain the existing customer base
• You will supply natural stone products to specialist retailers, tradespeople and project clients
• You will draw up and cost quotations, including for project and commercial contracts, and follow them through to completion
• You will record and process orders and oversee order fulfilment
• You will liaise with the office, warehouse and logistics teams regarding delivery dates and stock availability
• You carry out sampling and provide expert advice on materials, areas of application and processing
• You monitor the market and provide feedback on the competition and customer needs
• You maintain customer data, quotations and orders in the ERP/merchandise management system

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have experience in the building materials trade or sales, ideally in the natural stone sector as well as in project and property consultancy
• You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are your strengths
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
