Sales Representative Field Service (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You’ll support clients both in-house and in the field across the region. You’ll draw up quotations independently and coordinate these with clients on both technical and commercial aspects. You’ll also lead and support sales representatives bothand abroad in their sales activities. As part of project work, you’ll take on technical support and coordination. Together with colleagues, you’ll further develop the product and innovation strategy. You’ll conduct technical and commercial discussions on quotations with clients and internal contacts:. Where necessary, you will liaise with the second plant site in Austria on sales-related matters. Last but not least, you will maintain existing customer relationships and further develop them through regular field visits

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ professional experience – around 2–3 years – in sales or a commercial role
• you have a good technical understanding, ideally from the automotive sector
• you are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
• A valid driving licence is a prerequisite for day-to-day customer support whilst on the road
• You are willing to travel regularly for field work in the region
• You’ll stand out thanks to your strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with customers and dealers
• An independent, structured and customer-focused approach to your work is one of your strengths
