• You will be responsible for coordinating enquiries, tracking quotations and preparing offers
• You will be responsible for monitoring the deadlines for quotation processes
• In addition, you will be responsible for handling matters relevant to sales
• You will play an active role in customer service

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have very good knowledge of standard MS Office programmes
• proficiency in German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• A driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage
• You are characterised by your willingness to perform, reliability and self-organisation
• You have a communicative and team-oriented approach to work
