• You will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers (acquisition) by identifying, approaching and acquiring new business partners in the office and field service
• You will be responsible for supporting and expanding existing customers by maintaining existing customer relationships and developing further business potential
• You will be responsible for scheduling by planning and controlling the deployment of personnel, taking into account customer requirements
• You will be responsible for internal sales activities, Your tasks include visiting customers to provide advice, determine requirements and provide on-site support
• You are responsible for monitoring the market by analysing market and competitive developments to identify new opportunities

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in sales. ideally in personnel services
• you are characterised by strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident manner
• you demonstrate an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• a high level of customer orientation and self-motivation as well as initiative are part of your portfolio
• a valid class B driving licence and car round off your profile
