• You will support and advise existing customers in specialist bathroom retail outlets within your sales territory
• You will acquire new customers and systematically expand existing business relationships
• You will sell high-quality glass shower enclosures, glass splashbacks and mirror cabinets to specialist retailers
• Within your sales territory, you will represent the SPRINZ brand to customers and partners
• You will work closely with the sales agency and the manufacturer, liaising with them regularly
• During your induction period, you will familiarise yourself with both office-based and field-based processes
• You will independently plan and organise your customer appointments within your assigned sales territory
• You will prepare quotations and sales presentations and deliver them on-site at the customer’s premises
• You will monitor the market and report trends and customer needs back to the manufacturer and sales partners

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial business administration assistant (m/f/d) – or, alternatively, a relevant technical apprenticeship
• Ideally, you will already have gained some initial experience in sales or field sales
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate strong teamwork skills and a high degree of flexibility
• You are willing to travel extensively within your sales territory
