• You will be responsible for order processing and preparing quotations
• You will track deliveries and process complaints
• You will be responsible for managing the dispatch process
• You will be responsible for documentation in SAP
• You will play an active role in the online marketing of products

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained commercial experience in internal sales and in dealing with SAP
• You are characterised by your sound MS Office skills
• You have a good way of expressing yourself
• Knowing English is an advantage for you, but not a must
• Willingness to work full-time from Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:30 and Fridays until 13:30
