• You will be responsible for looking after existing and new customers
• You will be in charge of preparing and following up on quotations
• You will also be responsible for order entry and processing
• Communication with customers, the field sales team and internal departments is also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for maintaining customer and order data
• In addition, you will assist with the drafting of quotations and contracts
• Clarifying enquiries regarding delivery times, prices and terms and conditions rounds off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience in sales or a comparable role, as well as in quotation and order processing
• you are naturally confident in dealing with customers:and internal departments comes naturally to you
• Good knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
• You hold a driving licence
• You are characterised by your communication skills, sociability and a structured and independent approach to work
