• You will support our field staff in their day-to-day work and assist them with sales-related tasks
• Through telephone and written contact with customers and prospective clients, you will handle enquiries and provide friendly, expert advice
• You will draw up quotations, follow them up consistently and follow up on outstanding enquiries
• You will keep customer data and master data in our databases up to date and maintain them with care
• You will keep the CRM system up to date and document customer contacts and sales activities
• You’ll support the preparation of waste disposal reports with your structured approach to work
• You’ll process orders from entry through to completion, liaising with the relevant departments
• Using your negotiation skills, you will conduct discussions on prices and terms within the specified guidelines
• You will create reports and overviews using MS Office, for example in Excel and Word

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in sales
• You have a very good command of MS Office
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You impress others with your friendly and communicative manner
• You are characterised by strong negotiation and communication skills
• You work in a structured and reliable manner
