• You process customer orders, both for standard and special products
• You are responsible for accepting and supporting orders for national and international customers
• You check important contract details and carefully analyse incoming orders
• In close cooperation with production planning, you ensure the delivery date
• In the event of time-related problems, you inform customers about alternative solutions, and document these
• You recognise changes in customer requirements and pass them on internally
• Organisation and control of stock levels are part of your tasks
• You check outgoing invoices conscientiously
• You support the team in planning sales
• You research technical data in the system and send checked data sheets to customers

• You have at least 3 years of completed commercial vocational training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• several years of job-specific experience in sales
• comprehensive written and spoken English skills characterise you
• you are confident in using the relevant Office programmes
• SAP knowledge and practical experience are part of your qualification
• independence, assertiveness and teamwork are among your strengths; You are prepared to work independently within the company
