• You will actively acquire new customers and manage existing business partners to strengthen long-term relationships
• You will independently present and sell our products and services directly to customers or at events
• You will draw up and follow up on quotations and be responsible for all sales processes, from initial contact through to closing the deal
• You will monitor the market and competitors and use this information to develop sales strategies
• Attending trade fairs and events is just as much a part of your day-to-day work as working closely with the marketing and service teams
• You will reliably maintain all customer data in our CRM systems

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
• You have at least five years’ experience in sales, ideally in the mechanical engineering or engine manufacturing sector
• You are characterised by strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as initiative and a goal-oriented approach
• Team spirit, dedication and flexibility are second nature to you, enabling you to meet the demands of a sales role
• you are confident in using MS Office and CRM systems
• your profile includes excellent written and spoken German and English
