• In this role, you will actively manage and develop existing client relationships, both in-house and in the field
• You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying new business opportunities
• You will be responsible for preparing quotations, cost estimates and contract documents
• You will organise and conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations on site
• You will advise our clients by telephone and in writing and process orders
• You’ll keep a close eye on the market and the competition
• Working closely with the Marketing, Production/Logistics and Customer Service departments, you’ll help shape processes
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining customer and order data in the CRM system

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification, ideally with sales experience
• Initial professional experience in sales (in-house and/or field sales) would be an advantage
• You are naturally confident using MS Office and CRM systems
• Your profile includes a very good command of German and a valid work permit; knowledge of English is an advantage
• You hold a Class B driving licence and are willing to travel
• You impress with your strong communication skills, negotiating skills and persuasiveness
• An independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work rounds off your profile
