Your responsibilities

• You’ll actively acquire new clients and continuously expand the client base
• You’ll identify and systematically develop potential clients
• Supporting and maintaining relationships with your existing clients is also part of your role
• You will conduct price negotiations independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• You will draw up quotations and handle the necessary follow-up
• You will be responsible for recruiting new staff
• You will conduct job interviews confidently and professionally
• You will conduct recruitment interviews and make the relevant decisions
• In your day-to-day work, you apply the provisions of the collective agreement with confidence
• You manage, supervise and organise staff on assignment
• You continuously promote the personal and professional development of your staff

What we’re looking for

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), a human resources services assistant (m/f/d) or a wholesale and

foreign trade specialist (m/f/d)

• you have strong communication skills and a talent for negotiation
• your customer- and service-oriented approach is a key strength
• You are characterised by an independent, goal-oriented and responsible approach to your work
