• You will support clients and prospective customers by telephone and in writing in a B2B environment
• You will also draw up, cost and follow up on individual quotations
• You will conduct contract negotiations through to successful conclusion
• You will also identify new sales opportunities and actively capitalise on them
• You will calculate service prices for new and modernisation projects
• In addition, you will carry out the annual price review and adjustment
• You will maintain and document customer and project data in the CRM system
• Your responsibilities will also include actively preventing customer churn, safeguarding existing customer relationships and providing cross-team support

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP would be an advantage
• You have already gained experience in sales processes and customer service
• Good knowledge of MS Office is part of your profile
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
