Your responsibilities

You will handle incoming customer enquiries and carefully enter them into the system. You will plan customer deliveries independently and monitor compliance with delivery dates. You will prepare quotations for prospective customers:and follow up by telephone or in writing. In the afternoon, you will post invoices in SAP and maintain the associated documents in the system. You will provide advice to customers regarding enquiries about orders, dates and quotationsYou will regularly maintain and update master data and order information in the systemYou will coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse and Dispatch regarding order processingYou will handle customer complaints and enquiries reliably and in a solution-oriented manner

What we’re looking for

You have completed a vocational qualification as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Sales Business Administrator (m/f/d). Ideally, you have experience in internal sales or customer service. You are confident in using SAP and standard MS Office; you are characterised by a structured and meticulous approach to your work; you enjoy communicating and are confident when dealing with customers; you possess organisational skills and a good sense of deadlines; the ability to work well in a team and independently rounds off your profile
