Your responsibilities

• You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and in writing competently and reliably
• You will enter orders and bookings into the SAP system
• You will issue invoices and delivery notes for current customer orders
• You will handle all customer correspondence

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant (m/f/d), an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or an Office Administrator (m/f/d)
• you have a friendly and engaging manner when dealing with customers
• you impress with your communication skills, ability to work in a team and reliability
• you are characterised by a meticulous and structured approach to your work
