• You will process enquiries and prepare quotations for our customers
• You will handle orders independently, from acceptance and order confirmation through to invoicing
• You will issue credit notes reliably
• You will also forward orders to the PDC and draw up the daily priority list
• You will monitor and coordinate delivery dates, including freight forwarding bookings and coordination with customers
• You will provide telephone support to our customers and assist the regional sales managers
• You will play an active role in the dunning process and in the switchboard

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience in order processing
• ideally, you also have knowledge of an ERP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
• You work independently and with commitment
