SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will take on the project management of the S/4HANA transformation across the relevant end-to-end processes, particularly in Finance, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Reporting and Human Resources. Working in close collaboration with the IT. You will develop and steer the transformation strategy and plan the respective end-to-end processes using both traditional and agile methodologies. Furthermore, you will act as the central point of contact between business units, the organisation and project teams, and be responsible for stakeholder management. Risk management falls within your remit, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of individual milestones. You will prepare reports for the overall project management team and document project progress in a transparent manner. Furthermore, you will manage project teams and external service providers and oversee coordination with internal and external contacts:You will contribute your specialist expertise to the implementation and further development of the relevant SAP modules (including FI/CO, PS, RE-FX). You will also identify potential for optimisation in existing processes and derive standardisation and digitalisation measures from these findings. Budgetand resource planning for your project are also part of your responsibilities, as is managing the project budget. Last but not least, you will coordinate workshops and consultation meetings with specialist departments to gather requirements and agree on solutions

What we’re looking for

• You hold a degree, preferably in economics or the natural sciences
• You also have several years’ experience in leading large-scale process management projects
• You have already successfully supported and led S/4 HANA transformations
• You have practical experience with relevant SAP modules, particularly FI/CO, PS and RE-FX
• You are proficient in a comprehensive range of project and process management methodologies, both traditional and agile
• Industry experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector is an advantage
• Experience in the administration of university hospitals or in hospital management would be desirable
• We require very good written and spoken German and English at C1 level
• You stand out for your strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility round off your profile
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
