• You will operate and monitor machinery in the sawmill
• As part of this, you will load the machinery with timber
• You will also monitor ongoing production
• Your role involves carrying out visual and quality checks
• You will also assist with the preparation and processing of production orders
• In the production area, you will carry out general tasks

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a similar qualification
• Previous experience of working with wood would be an advantage
• you also have a good understanding of wood as a material
• a basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• you are also willing to learn how to operate new machinery and familiarise yourself with new processes
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
