• You will set up the screen-printing production equipment and configure it for each specific order
• You will carry out maintenance work and minor repairs on the machines and equipment independently
• You identify production disruptions at an early stage and play an active role in resolving and minimising them
• You ensure production capacity whilst continuously monitoring the quality of production
• You will carefully document production quality and record the relevant key performance indicators
• You will regularly report production figures, downtime and set-up times to the relevant departments
• You operate the screen printing machines during production and ensure that the production process runs smoothly
• Where required, you assist in optimising set-up and production processes
