• You will be responsible for processing booking enquiries in collaboration with the shipping company
• You will also be responsible for entering, monitoring and dispatching bookings to our customers
• You will be responsible for coordinating the loading lists with the port terminal or operator
• You will be responsible for preparing price quotes for projects
• You will be responsible for invoicing sea freight, warehousing and multimodal transport. operator

• you are in charge of invoicing sea freight, storage charges, demurrage, waiting time and similar costs
• you communicate with the agencies of other loading and unloading ports and the shipping company in English and other languages

• You have completed training as a shipping clerk (f/m/d), industrial clerk or comparable training in transport and logistics
• You ideally have comparable training in the transport and logistics sector
• Ideally, you have experience in the area of export processing break bulk/ro-ro
• You are confident in using MS Office products, especially Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• A team-oriented personality with a service-oriented way of thinking and acting round off your profile
