Job description

  • You are responsible for processing tickets in 2nd level support / daily tasks
  • You take care of the administration, care and maintenance of Exchange Office
  • In addition, you support standard tasks in Exchange On-Premise
  • Not least, you also take over the control of the cooperation with the IT service

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in messaging/Exchange administration
  • You have a sound knowledge of Exchange Online Administration as well as basic knowledge of Exchange On-Premise
  • In addition, you have already gained experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Powershell scripting (basis for automation)
  • A structured way of working as well as teamwork and strong communication skills for coordination with IT services round off your profile
