• You will be responsible for the comprehensive preliminary design phase, as well as the design and planning for planning permission for challenging turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects
• You will also be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts and, as part of a team, drawing up detailed construction plans for large-scale projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination of all projects from an architectural perspective and closely coordinate the designs with subcontractors
• Supporting the tendering and contract award processes, as well as providing input to the cost estimation department, will also form part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will actively support the procurement team in technical coordination with the various product suppliers and partners
• Furthermore, you will support the site management team through regular site visits and verify that work is being carried out on site in accordance with the drawings and to the correct standards
• Finally, you will be responsible for architectural quality assurance throughout the entire design process, taking into account all internal guidelines and demanding client requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Architecture (m/f/d) or civil engineering (m/f/d) at a university
• you also have at least 8 years’ solid professional experience as an architect in turnkey industrial and commercial construction
• You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Nemetschek Allplan, as well as your proficiency in MS Office
• You have business-fluent German at C1 level, as well as good written and spoken English for communication
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and assertiveness, as well as a strong ability to work as part of a team on large-scale projects
• Finally, you work independently and in a structured manner, and hold a Class B driving licence for travel-related duties
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
