You will be responsible for independently setting up and operating CNCand bending machines. You will also machine aluminium profiles in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. Furthermore, you will carry out fine adjustments to machines and programmes within the specified dimensional tolerances. You will be responsible for in-house quality checks and the documentation of quality characteristics. In addition, you will carry out minor maintenance work and assist with troubleshooting. You will operate the overhead crane for internal transport (a crane operator’s licence can be obtained through us). Last but not least, you will report production data back into production management systems

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or metalworking specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have at least 3 years’ experience in metalworking, ideally with aluminium
• You are confident in reading and implementing technical drawings
• You are characterised by a meticulous, structured approach to work and a good technical understanding
• You also demonstrate team spirit, a sense of personal responsibility and a desire for further development
• Furthermore, you are willing to work in a three-shift system
• You have already gained experience in using IT systems
• You speak German at a native level
• Knowledge of English would be an advantage
