• You assume overall responsibility for the Group's controlling and manage the central and decentralised controlling units
• You are responsible for budget and forecast planning at Group level and ensure the consolidation of the sub-plans into a resilient overall plan
• You manage and optimise the Group-wide reporting system as well as the management indicators and thus ensure transparency and a basis for decision-making
• You also support the consolidation of Group companies and, together with FiBu, ensure compliant accounting in accordance with IFRS.key figures and thus ensure transparency and a basis for decision-making

• You have a successfully completed degree in business administration (m/f/d), industrial engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in finance, especially in (performance) controlling and accounting
• You also have an excellent understanding of business administration and very good MS Office skills
• IT affinity as well as system and reporting knowledge in SAP ERP, LucaNet and Power-BI are desirable on your part
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
• A strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset as well as proactivity speak for you
• Team and communication skills and a confident manner round off your profile
