• You will develop innovative connectors and cables for optical and electronic interfaces, whilst adhering to strict quality standards
• You will also evaluate technical solutions in terms of signal integrity and EMC, as well as their robustness for series production
• You will also independently coordinate all development tasks with internal stakeholders and external development partners
• Your responsibilities will also include overseeing technical solutions from the initial specification through to successful qualification
• As part of your role, you will support interdisciplinary teams through expert troubleshooting and precise verification processes
• Furthermore, you will produce detailed technical documentation and review relevant test reports to ensure compliance with all quality criteria
• Finally, you will play a key role in the reliable validation of innovative connection technologies whilst adhering to internal guidelines

• You hold a first-class degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Physics, or a comparable subject
• You also have extensive professional experience in the development of connection technologies within demanding high-tech environments
• You stand out thanks to your in-depth knowledge of high-speed connections, optical data transmission and cable design
• Your native-level German and very good English enable you to communicate seamlessly within the team
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of technical judgement and a strong team spirit
