• You will be responsible for the independent management of the complete financial accounting for a client:
• including the preparation of all financial statements in compliance with legal requirements
• you will also be responsible for the preparation of business analyses and advance VAT returns to ensure transparent and timely reporting
• in addition, you will be responsible for the management of open accounts receivable including the monitoring of overdue items and the execution of the entire dunning process
• the checking, account assignment and posting of all incoming invoices as well as general correspondence with business partners:
• As part of your job, you will support the posting of asset movements and the continuous maintenance of master data in the general ledger and sub-ledger
• Furthermore, you will support the management by preparing relevant data as well as analysing and reporting business facts and figures
• Finally, you will be responsible for taking over the complete reporting system to the authorities and thus ensure the regulatory compliance of your assigned client

• You have completed training as a financial accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) with a corresponding specialist focus
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in independent client accounting as well as in the preparation of financial statements and business analyses
• Your sound knowledge of common ERP systems and MS Office applications, especially in Excel
• Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as your communication skills in dealing with external business partners are essential
