• Organising construction sites, keeping an eye on costs, organise construction sites, keep an eye on costs, plan materials and prepare measurement documents

• You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), gas/water fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• you have a sound knowledge of interdisciplinary trades
• you are characterised by professional work organisation
• leadership skills and assertiveness are among your strengths
• you have a good command of German
• you have a class B driving licence
• confidence, initiative as well as a hands-on and independent working style are part of your portfolio
• a valid work permit rounds off your profile
