• You will prepare and check the monthly payslips, taking into account the latest tax and social security regulations, for
• a defined payroll area, including the preparatory and follow-up work
• You prepare monthly and annual financial statements from an HR perspective and assist with social security and tax audits
• You prepare electronic declarations and certificates
• You compile HR-related statistics and reports for clients
• As the point of contact, you will assist clients with all queries relating to payroll
• You will foster a trusting working relationship with clients

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administration assistant (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d), social security clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have gained several years’ professional experience in payroll accounting
• Ideally, you have in-depth experience with P&I LOGA
• you have very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
• you have a strong affinity for IT systems
• a strong service-oriented approach, reliability and a passion for teamwork round off your profile
