• You will be responsible for the independent further development and continuous optimisation of the entire application workflow in the highly specialised field of presbyopia
• In addition, you will be responsible for accurately deriving relevant product, serviceand market requirements from diverse customer needs
• Furthermore, you will oversee interdisciplinary collaboration and key decision-making processes between internal and external teams
• Close coordination with Product Management, R&D, Strategic Marketing, Sales, Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management is also part of your remit
• As part of your role, you will support the structured analysis of market and technology trends and derive appropriate strategic measures
• Furthermore, you will support the continuous development and targeted enhancement of in-depth application expertise in the field of presbyopia
• You will also be responsible for collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders and actively supporting key marketing activities
• As part of your role, you will support the detailed planning, analysis and thorough documentation of all usability studies and validations
• You will also support the creation and maintenance of standard-compliant usability engineering files in accordance with IEC 62366-1 and FDA requirements
• You will also support use specifications, task analyses and user interface specifications within the product development process

• You have a degree, for example in healthcare, medical technology, optometry, business administration or human factors engineering
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in product management and in the forward-looking field of human factors engineering
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common usability standards such as IEC 62366-1 and relevant FDA requirements
• You stand out for your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your business-fluent English
• Furthermore, you consistently demonstrate a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on finding solutions
• Finally, you are a very strong team player and always work with precision, in a highly structured manner and are extremely reliable
• You are always willing to travel extensively for direct international coordination with all relevant partners
