• You will be responsible for technical costing, the professional preparation of quotations and the personalised support of all our long-standing regular customers
• You will also be responsible for the targeted management of contract award negotiations and discussions with bidders, in close coordination with the relevant sales management
• You will also oversee demanding construction projects on site and ensure first-class project management in accordance with the specifications
• The targeted allocation of in-house and external services, in coordination with the central procurement department, is also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the acquisition of new key account clients and successfully oversee the implementation of optimised internal processes
• Furthermore, you will support senior management in ensuring professional capacity utilisation, budget planning and regular target-setting with team members
• Finally, you will be responsible for the disciplinary management of the project team as well as the sustainable profit and liquidity management of the assigned building services projects

• You have a degree in Building Services Engineering (m/f/d), a degree in Building Services Engineering (m/f/d) or Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ relevant professional experience in independently managing projects and leading project teams in the building services sector
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications as well as industry-specific costing and project management software
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as practical English skills, round off your professional profile
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, assertiveness and strong negotiation skills when dealing with business partners
• Finally, you are a strong leader and always work in a goal-oriented, structured manner whilst maintaining high standards of quality
