• You will be responsible for strategic and operational procurement within the company
• You will develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies to optimise sourcing
• You will select, evaluate and develop relationships with national and international suppliers
• You will conduct independent negotiations on prices, contracts and terms with business partners
• You will ensure the cost-effective and reliable procurement of all required goods
• You will analyse procurement markets and identify opportunities for internal optimisation
• You will work closely with the Product Management, Logistics, Quality and Sales departments
• You will further develop purchasing processes and play an active role in shaping the company’s growth

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have several years’ practical experience in raw materials procurement in the food, non-food and/or packaging sectors
• You have sound IT skills, including confidence in using MS Office, and ideally knowledge of ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as fluency in written and spoken English
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are a team player, reliable and possess strong negotiation skills
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
