• You will take on the role of senior site manager for all turnkey building works and bear full technical responsibility for the assigned construction project
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met in a targeted manner, as well as for monitoring deadlines, budgets and health and safety requirements on site
• Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination and induction of the on-site site management team and act as the central point of contact for clients and all subcontractors
• Your responsibilities also include the proper tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, taking into account all internal guidelines and processes
• As part of your role, you will support the technical management of the assigned site managers and building servicessite managers and provide structured leadership to the site team
• Furthermore, you will support the independent invoicing of all construction work carried out, as well as the careful verification of all invoices and quantity surveys throughout the course of the project
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused support during the warranty period and for chairing important meetings on site

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or architecture (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• you also have several years’ practical experience in senior site management for turnkey building construction, as well as in-depth knowledge of the VOB regulations
• Your confident use of MS Office and standard tendering and scheduling programmes such as MS Project sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for communicating with clients and management
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of communication skills and assertiveness, as well as a strong ability to work as part of a team, to your daily work
• Finally, you are highly committed and always work independently, in a goal-oriented and very well-organised manner on all assigned projects
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
