• You are responsible for the independent coordination and monitoring of the construction process phases, with a focus on adherence to deadlines, quality and cost security
• You are also responsible for conducting regular construction meetings with the project participants and updating the construction site protocol and construction schedule

• you also have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of construction management in turnkey residential construction for single and multi-family homes with underground car parks - ideally for a property developer
• you have a sound knowledge of the standards/regulations/guidelines relevant to residential construction
• in addition, you have very good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes
• strong communication skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, also speak in your favour
• a structured, proactive and independent way of working distinguishes you as well as your authoritative manner and assertiveness
