• You are the main point of contact for two colleagues in your team
• You plan, manage and monitor maintenance and service call-outs
• You organise and deploy our team of technicians as required
• You actively ensure a high standard of service and quality
• You continuously optimise existing maintenance and service processes
• You create, maintain and check maintenance documentation
• You analyse maintenance reports and produce reports
• You organise and manage the spare parts and materials stock
• You ensure the availability of critical spare parts
• You coordinate with project management, Sales and Engineering
• You provide reliable support in the event of technical escalations and faults
• You contribute to the development of new service and maintenance concepts

• You have completed an apprenticeship or further training in media technology, radio and television technology, electrical engineering, information technology or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in service, maintenance or technical support
• You are confident in using digital documentation and planning systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• Your approach to work is structured and solution-oriented
• Organisational skills and strong communication skills are among your strengths
• Decisiveness, flexibility and team spirit round off your profile
