• You act as the first point of contact for our regular and new customers as well as visitors
• In addition, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining customer files and providing organisational support to our service team
• You are also in close cooperation and goal-oriented coordination with internal contact persons
• Last but not least, you are responsible for accepting reservations in our car rental department

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you are confident in using MS Office programmes and are willing to familiarise yourself with new programmes
• You have a class B driving licence
