Job description

  • You are responsible for professionally answering and forwarding all incoming telephone calls and are therefore the central voice for our customer's customers
  • In addition, you are responsible for coordinating and booking service appointments, taking into account current workshop capacities and the individual wishes of the customer:
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining master data in the system and ensure complete documentation of all customer-relevant information and processes through your careful working methods
  • General processing and supporting the service team in administrative processes are also part of your daily tasks in this modern and dynamic working environment
  • As part of your job, you will support the optimisation of the telephone switchboard and contribute significantly to the high level of customer satisfaction through your friendly manner:
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the preparation of documents for workshop planning and ensure a smooth flow of information between the various specialist departments of the dealership

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or retail salesperson (m/f/d) and are looking for a new challenge
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the switchboard or reception area of a car dealership, which means that you can always maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally some experience with industry-specific dealer management systems, which makes you a competent candidate for this position
  • You speak and write German at native speaker level and communicate confidently and in a friendly manner with our client's customers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of service orientation and reliability in order to always handle customer concerns in a professional, friendly and solution-oriented manner
  • Finally, you are a real team player with a structured way of working and impress with your engaging demeanour and strong communication skills in direct customer contact
