• You are the friendly first point of contact at the car dealership, both on the phone and in person
• You also direct customers to the relevant contact persons, such as service advisers or sales staff
• You ensure a positive customer experience and handle enquiries reliably
• You also book workshop appointments and coordinate closely with service advisers and the workshop
• You maintain and manage the appointment calendar carefully
• In addition, you will create and process invoices and collect payments for workshop and service work
• Data maintenance and supporting the service team in their day-to-day operations are also part of your remit

• You have completed technical and/or commercial vocational training, preferably at a car dealership, e.g. as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d)
• You have already gained several years’ professional experience as a service assistant (m/f/d), ideally in the automotive sector
• You have very good IT skills and a good command of written and spoken German
• you also hold at least a Class B driving licence
• a valid work permit for Germany is part of your portfolio
• a willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, is a given for you
• You work conscientiously and flexibly and demonstrate a team spirit
• Good organisational skills, a high level of motivation and a strong customer focus, combined with a courteous and polite manner, round off your profile
