Your responsibilities

• you will welcome our clients at the branch and ensure they are directed to the relevant contact person
• You will also arrange and coordinate workshop appointments with clients, both by telephone and in person on site
• You will schedule upcoming workshop appointments and keep track of their processing status
• You will also monitor the status of all orders and report on them to the service management
• You will play an active role in preparing marketing campaigns and customer events
• You will support various other departments within the branch with administrative and organisational tasks

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a dialogue marketing specialist (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Automotive Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ practical experience in the service sector or customer service
• Good knowledge of digital applications is an advantage
• Confident communication comes naturally to you
• You have a talent for organisation and can keep track of things even when juggling multiple tasks
• You are characterised by a structured, team-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
