• You will independently handle the administrative processing of spare parts transactions
• You will carefully prepare quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• You will draw up dispatch instructions in consultation with customers, agents or relevant specialist departments
• You will monitor spare parts orders and track their status
• You will archive orders in a structured manner
• You will communicate with customers by telephone and in writing, occasionally in English

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have gained experience in bookkeeping
• you are confident in using MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You are willing to work under a shift-based temporary employment model
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and organised approach to your work round off your profile
